Is the consultation free?

Yes the consultation process is free. This can be a face to face or a zoom chat to get to know each other, what your requirements are, your budget and how we can help make your experience as seamless and successful as possible.

What kind of procedures do you assist with ?

We can actually assist with all of them. Apart from our own affiliations with renowned doctors and clinics, if you wanted a procedure that we haven’t helped with before our team in Turkey can source all the information you need, like busy bees they will run around collating all the best and trusted clinics and their prices for us to pass back to you. The most common ones are dentistry, hair transplant, liposuctions, nose procedures, stomach reductions, botox, facelifts and breast augmentation but we can also source and provide you with a list options of more specific treatments you may be after. Our medical team in Turkey has been in the business of servicing patients for over 15 years.

I found the place I want, but I may need your help ?

That is also common some patients already know who they would like to use, but require some guidance on other things. This is perfectly fine, we can talk with your designated clinic on any matters you wish to discuss. Help with the language barrier, help with accomodation or travel requirements , your x-ray processing or anything else you may need assistance with before , during or after your visit.

Do you provide ongoing customer service?

Yes! You will get to to meet our team members when you arrive in Turkey and know they will be there for you during your medical journey. You are provided with lines of communication so wether its phone or face time one of our team members will be there holding your hand during the whole process. Our aim is to help ease any or all of the concerns you may have. You get to choose how involved you would like us to be.
