Before + After Care

As your trusted partner we hold your hand throughout the whole process. We can help with questions you might have for the clinics or attend zoom meetings with doctors, we help with pre procedure x-ray processing, assist with your appointment and scheduling, logistics to an from these places and address all the specific questions and concerns you may have. Whether its pre or post-procedure we continue to assist you on your journey to ensure you still have access to your treatment clinic long after your procedures finished or you have returned back home.

How it works…

1. Consultation Stage

Speak with one of our expert patient consultants on WHATSAPP or do a FREE 30min facetime consultation. We get to find out about your needs and wants along with your medical situation and answer any questions you may have about your journey. You also get to find out about us and what we can offer or how we can help.
2. Treatment Plan

Based on your pictures or information gathered in our consultation we go back to the team in Turkey and collate options that best serves your needs. We then present you with treatment options, animation specifically designed for you so you can visually see how the treatment will take place. Plus provide timelines and pricing.
3. Extra Services

After you have given us the green light to book you in, we go over timelines and book a date that suits your needs. Based on this date we then present you with all your service package details such as a bunch of airlines and travel options you prefer, accomodation, dietary & room details, your transfers, Turkish guide book and the number to your personal patient co-ordinator in Turkey.
4. The Journey Begins

You are now ready. We will touch base again withi the last week before you depart to remind you of your flights details and also instructions on where your driver will be at the airport. Reeber you will also have a direct line of communication to a team member in TUrkey once you land. We are there with you from the start of your journey to when you return back to your country of residence.
